Shipping
Every order is printed to order at our partners in Europe before it leaves. The timings, no detour:
- Total time: around 10 to 15 working days between order and delivery (made to order, then dispatch with a tracking number by email). In periods of high demand, this may take longer.
- Free delivery from CHF 80.– spent within Switzerland; below that, exact costs are shown at checkout.
- Europe: allow 3 to 7 working days depending on the destination; exact costs shown at checkout.
Orders with several items may arrive in several parcels. Each product ships as soon as it's ready, and you only pay for delivery once.
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number to follow your parcel through to delivery.
As our items are made to order and shipped from the European Union, customs or import VAT charges may occasionally be applied by the carrier on delivery, depending on the order value.
Returns & exchanges
Our pieces are made to order, specifically for you after your order. For this reason, and as Swiss law provides no right of withdrawal for online purchases, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind or wrong size. Please check your choice and the measurements (size guide on each product page) before confirming.
Faulty item or order error
This is the only situation where a return, exchange or refund is possible. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit or not matching your order (wrong model, wrong size delivered, printing or embroidery defect), we replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you. The legal warranty for defects (art. 197 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations) remains fully applicable, regardless of the made-to-order nature of our products.
How to proceed:
- Inspect your order on arrival.
- Write to us within 30 days via the Contact page or at contact@switzerland-1291.ch, quoting your order number and a photo of the problem.
- We reply within 24 to 48 working hours and tell you the solution: replacement or refund.
In the event of a refund, the amount is credited back to your original payment method, generally within 10 working days; the time it takes to appear may vary depending on your bank.
