Shipping
Every order is prepared in our workshops before it leaves. The timings, no detour:
- Preparation: 24 to 48 h after your order is confirmed.
- Delivery within Switzerland: 48 to 72 h after dispatch, with a tracking number by email.
- Free delivery from CHF 80.– spent within Switzerland.
- Europe: allow 3 to 7 working days depending on the destination; exact costs shown at checkout.
Orders with several items may arrive in several parcels — each product ships as soon as it's ready, and you only pay for delivery once.
Returns — 30 days
You have 30 days from receipt to change your mind. Conditions:
- Item unworn, unwashed, in its original condition.
- Announce your return via the Contact page — we'll send you the address and steps within 24 to 48 working hours.
- Refund to your original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the return at the latest.
- Return shipping is at your expense, except for a faulty item or an error on our part.
Faulty item or order error
It can happen, even in Switzerland. Send us a photo of the problem via the Contact page within 30 days: we replace or refund, free of charge and without an endless discussion.
Exchanges
The fastest way: return the item and reorder in the right size. Your new order goes into production without waiting for the first one to come back.
